We put on jackets my mum says ‘you sure you want to do this it is the middle of winter’ we all ‘say yes’. We  go to the paddock the dew on the grass in getting my legs it's very cold with no cows in, with my cousins and my brother. My oldest cousin says he will be in first he starts to count I start running trying to dodge the poo I run to the closest big log and I find a foot hole and jump onto the top of the log the top of the log weirdly shaped so it is pretty comfy all I can feel is the bitter wind the dew in the air and how cold the log is. The torch goes on I try to hide behind a root  in the log it works he comes over to me. Liam  looks behind the log I try to keep as still as possible liam luckily doesn’t look up, so I jump down and shout i’ve  out i've WON  then our parents say come toast some marshmallows, we all say yes.
